Aden’s role is to be forward-thinking in the company development department, and working with both new and existing clients to ensure we’re continually meeting their needs as they develop too! Outside of work, Aden’s interests include technology, business, cars, and football and you might also find him on the squash court in an attempt to keep fit.
Ryan keeps everything running smoothly overseeing the daily operations of the business alongside welcoming new clients and ensuring service levels are kept to a high standard. When not thinking or reading about business Ryan likes to keep fit and active and is a keen gym-goer.
Tracey’s role is to keep everything in the office ship shape. Although she’s the person who invoices you (boooo) she’s also the lovely person who will answer any queries you may have, from invoicing to service (yay!) Tracey is a big fan of dalmatians but only owns the one, not 101, and on her days off you’ll likely find her reading a good book with a glass of wine.
Service Delivery Manager
Hayley's job is to make sure that as we grow, the high level of service which we've become known and regularly recommended for, remains high. In her free time, Hayley enjoys days out and about with friends and family, walking her dog, and holidays in the sunshine!
3rd Line Engingeer
Nick started working at Prodigy as an apprentice in 2005, and he spends his work days problem solving, whether those are issues that need fixing onsite, at the click of a mouse remotely, or with concentration and a screwdriver in the workshop. He’s also the designated mender-of-office furniture, much to his delight. When he’s not fixing things, he’s a keen cyclist, snowboarder, and Manchester United fan.
Katie writes our blogs, social media posts, and monthly newsletters as well as keeping the website up-to-date.
You might think she’d be bored of words, but in her free time she edits a satirical news website, is a book buddy (sending books to a primary school who desperately need them to stock their library), and is most likely found in her natural habitat; under a blanket with her nose in a good book of her own.
2nd Line Engineer
Ex-zoo keeper Steve may have joined the team after looking after primates, but when he’s travelling all over Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire to problem solve and make sure your IT is running smoothly to minimise your downtime, he doesn’t monkey around!
In his free time Steve enjoys climbing mountains (and biking down them), spends a lot of time in the gym and loves walking. On the rare occasion he’s sat still, you’ll find him playing music or reading a good book.
Technical Account Manager
Sam's role as Technical Account Manager is to make sure all of our customers are happy with the service we're providing and ensuring the technology they're using is aligned with their business needs and aspirations.
When he's not travelling around Dorset to meet with customers and make recommendations about their IT, Sam's role as a District Councillor for South Somerset District Council keeps him busy, as well as his love for following Aston Villa Football Club. Other than that, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, usually accompanied by a good beer.
3rd Line Support
Sometimes IT can go wrong but when it does, having Jordan on your side is no bad thing.
His cool, calm, and collected approach to problem solving and providing support when there’s a crisis is exactly what you need! When he’s not helping people with their IT troubles, Jordan enjoys spending time with his fiancé and young son.
Sales & Procurement
If you need to buy some new equipment, Jamie will have a chat to find out what your requirements are so he can recommend products completely suited to you.
After that he’ll put together a quote and then order everything you need, perfect! Outside of work, he likes saltwater kayak fishing (in the warmer months), gaming (in the colder months), as well as running and swimming. He does all this to facilitate his love of Pringles, and also owns an excellently named cat called Hagrid.
Mandy looks after our accounts, direct debits, credit control, and purchase ledgers. We can also confirm that her cups of tea are legendary, and probably the best in any office across Dorset.
Whilst her job involves sitting at her desk concentrating on numbers, outside of work she rarely sits still doing yoga, pilates, and lots of walking.
2nd Line Engineer
Matt is also one of our 2nd Line Onsite Engineers and his passion for technology clearly shows in his methodical approach to resolving IT issues onsite.
Despite liking his steaks well done, Matt is also very good at explaining things in a non-technical way without being patronising so we let him off. In his free time you’ll either find him in the gym, out with friends, or working on a project which is usually IT related in some way.
2nd Line Engineer
Kyle is a member of our brilliant technical team and might be your assigned engineer if you’re on a support agreement with us. He’s always at hand on the end of the phone with a cheery hello, a friendly listening ear, and excellent tech advice.
Away from work, Kyle enjoys going to the gym, playing football, and going t’pub, not necessarily in that order!
2nd Line Engineer
Chris is one of our assigned engineers, who works hard on a daily basis fixing your IT problems remotely, and monitoring customers' backups to make sure they're ship shape. He's also really good at explaining technical things in an easy-to-understand way.
In his free time Chris is a keen photographer and fitness-enthusiast, and was one of the brave members of Prodigy who completed a skydive to raise money for Southampton Hospital.
