Meet the Team

Aden Ottewill
Managing Director

Aden’s role is to be forward-thinking in the company development department, and working with both new and existing clients to ensure we’re continually meeting their needs as they develop too! Outside of work, Aden’s interests include technology, business, cars, and football and you might also find him on the squash court in an attempt to keep fit.

Ryan Park
Operations Director

Ryan keeps everything running smoothly overseeing the daily operations of the business alongside welcoming new clients and ensuring service levels are kept to a high standard. When not thinking or reading about business Ryan likes to keep fit and active and is a keen gym-goer.

We’re an award-winning growing team of 15+, supporting small-medium businesses across Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire and beyond. From our Administrator to Microsoft certified engineers, AAT qualified finance manager to directors and everyone in between, our top priority is to deliver the best customer service possible and to create raving fans.

Our Journey

November 2003

Aden founded Prodigy PC, a one-man operation based on the premise of providing IT support with excellent customer service.


We moved into dedicated premises, and Nick joined us as an apprentice!


We became a Microsoft Silver Partner and moved offices to accommodate our growing team.


We had a bit of a makeover, and a name change from Prodigy PC, to Prodigy IT Solutions.


Ryan became Operations Director


In 2016 we won the BVM Award for Best Place to Work, something we're especially proud of.

Looking to the future...


We've outgrown our premises again, and are now in the process of purchasing and moving into brand new, purpose-built offices - so watch this space!
