It's our birthday...

November 2018 sees us turn 15. That means 5478 days of supporting our customers with their IT... and counting! There have been lots of exciting changes in that time...

November 2003

Aden founded Prodigy PC, a one-man operation based on the premise of providing IT support with excellent customer service.

2005

We moved into dedicated premises, and Nick joined us as an apprentice!

2013

We became a Microsoft Silver Partner and moved offices to accommodate our growing team.

2014

We had a bit of a makeover, and a name change from Prodigy PC, to Prodigy IT Solutions.

2015

Ryan became Operations Director

2016

In 2016 we won the BVM Award for Best Place to Work, something we're especially proud of.

Looking to the future...

2019

We've outgrown our premises again, and are now in the process of purchasing and moving into brand new, purpose-built offices - so watch this space!

Falling with style

In May 2018, Aden, Chris, and Zoe - a few braver members of the team,  jumped out of a plane at 13,000 feet, raising over £3400 for the Dermatology Research Fund at Southampton Hospital.

Assigned Engineers

Don't put up with getting passed from pillar to post. We assign each of our Silver, Gold and Platinum clients their own 2nd Line Engineer who gets to know them and their set-up, solving issues faster.

Unlimited support

When IT goes wrong, unexpected costs are the last thing you need. That's why our support packages are on an unlimited basis for a set monthly fee. Easy to budget, no costly surprises.

Communication

We pride ourselves on our customer service. It can be really frustrating when trying to speak to someone to help fix an issue, so our engineers are contactable directly on our priority support phone number.
